Chuck Clayman and Wayne Gosnell Obtain Non-Criminal Disposition for Manhattan Physician

As reported in the New York Post, Chuck Clayman and Wayne Gosnell secured a non-criminal disposition — over the objections of the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor for the City of New York — for a Manhattan physician, Cheryl Karcher, who had been indicted for using the personal information of several of her patients and forging prescriptions for narcotics in their names.  After completing 18 months of outpatient treatment, all charges against Dr. Karcher will be dismissed.
