Harlan Protass Featured in WSJ Article

Harlan Protass was featured in a November 23, 2015 article in the Wall Street Journal entitled “Persuasive Judges Win Reduced Sentences for Some Convicts.”  It reports on Harlan’s successful “second look” work in reducing the sentences imposed on long-forgotten federal inmates who otherwise had no chance for release from prison.
