Paul Hugel Publishes On the Dodd-Frank Whistleblower Program

Clayman & Rosenberg partner Paul Hugel recently published an article in Accounting Today entitled The Growing Importance of the Dodd-Frank Whistleblower Program in Preventing Fraud.  It reports on the monetary awards component of the Dodd-Frank Act’s whistleblower provisions, which are designed to encourage individuals to submit relevant information to aid the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in preventing, detecting and prosecuting violations of the federal securities laws.
